Following the recent government updates, in particular, the advice around non-essential travel, we have made some changes in order to look after our owners, staff, residents and guests.
Our Park currently remains open to provide essential travel to those in need.
We care deeply about who need access to our Park and are focused on providing a safe space for those who need access to the parks.
Therefore, we have had to make the difficult decision to no longer accept bookings or arrivals for non-essential travel at this time.
This has also meant that we have had to close our in-park leisure facilities.
It is our understanding that ‘essential travel’ includes travel that is related to:
• necessary activities for work purposes,
• essential accommodation while stopping at one location during a current road trip,
• travel on compassionate grounds and
• travel required to return to your place of residence.
For guests who are needing to stay with us over the coming weeks and months, we will be supporting and encouraging self-distancing and hygiene measures, so you and your travelling companion/s remain safe, and for the safety of others. This way, we will be in the best place to be able to reopen for leisure travel as soon as we are permitted.
What does this mean?
We are encouraging Express Check-ins for all bookings for the time being. Which means when you arrive at the Park, Reception will be unattended.
Envelopes will be addressed to Guests in the Key box located outside Reception.
In the envelope you will find your keys, park maps, information etc.
For those accessing the Caravan and Camping areas, we will need your vehicle registration details prior to your arrival so we can have you set up in the system for direct entry into the Park via the camera recognition Boom Gate.
Reception staff are only a phone call away and are available daily between 8am – 4pm to take your call.
Got a current booking?
Due to the new travel restrictions, if you have a non-essential booking within the next 60 days, please contact the park directly to discuss your options.
We are offering all bookings during this period a full refund or alternatively full credit to redeem at a future date.
While the situation is out of our hands, we are deeply sorry that your holiday plans have been inconvenienced in this way.
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s understanding during these unprecedented times.
